The H.R.I.T. (High Risk Inmate Transport) vest from A.L.D. Co. provides over-the-shoulder protection from knives, icepicks, electric weapons and ballistics, depending upon the model. It is waterproof and can be easily sanitized from blood, OC, etc. It is very flexibile because no rigid plates are used, and yet the vests exceeds NIJ 0115.01. A detachable groin guard is optional.
